Learn the basics about the Policy Governance model and how it might help your board fulfill its mission.
Learn alongside new Provender board members and hear how Provender has made good use of this governance model.
Evelyn Murphy will lead the training. She served on the Provender board for 8 years and led yearly trainings on Policy Governance for 5 years. Veteran board members will also contribute their knowledge and experience using Policy Governance during the afternoon.
Please join us for a free lunch and some socializing from 11:30-12:30. The training begins at 12:30pm
We will meet in the Community Room of the Columbia Bank Building in downtown Vancouver, WA.
