As part of our 50th Anniversary Conference, we’re excited to once again gather the incredible community of manufacturers, distributors, farmers, makers, nonprofits, and brand representatives who make the Provender network so special.
Meet Your Makers is more than a trade show. It’s a celebration of the relationships, values, and stories behind the products that nourish our communities!
This beloved Provender tradition creates space for genuine connection between buyers and sellers in a relaxed, people-centered environment. Share your products, your mission, and the heart behind your business while building meaningful relationships with retailers, industry peers, and fellow changemakers.
Not your typical Trade Show
At Meet Your Makers, personality and connection matter just as much as product.
We encourage exhibitors to create a welcoming and engaging table experience that reflects the spirit of your business. Bring samples, tell your story, introduce your team, and make your table a place people want to gather. Whether you’re writing orders, making introductions, or simply sharing conversations, this event is designed to foster authentic community and values-driven commerce.
Please plan to have someone at your table who can speak knowledgeably about your products and company.
New and Emerging Businesses Welcome!
If you’re launching a new business, introducing a new product line, or attending your first industry event, Meet Your Makers is a wonderful place to start.
Provender’s trade show is intentionally supportive, approachable, and relationship-focused making it ideal for businesses that care about community, sustainability, and long-term connection over hard sales tactics. You don’t need an elaborate booth setup or polished pitch to participate. Just come ready to share what you do and meet people who care about building a better food system together.

All tables are 6 feet long

Registration is for TWO people, please 'add a guest' when registering if you'd like to have additional staff from your organization join you

A limited number of half-table spaces are available. This covers registration for ONE person.

Non-profit table options are available

No cooking allowed on the trade show floor (hotel policy)

Each table includes two chairs and a trash can

Dinner is included for exhibitors before the event begins

Setup will start around 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon

Payment may be made online or by check (table reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment)
