Whether you’ve been part of the Provender community for decades or are joining us for the first time, this conference is an opportunity to recharge, celebrate, and recommit to the work that matters most.

Please note: if you are signing up for an intensive and/or field trip as an add-on to your conference registration, the system currently requires these to be completed in two separate transactions. You should still be able to pay for both at the same time. We apologize for the extra steps and are happy to help if you run into any issues.
If you would like to register a spouse or guest to join you for dinner and the Friday evening festivities, register yourself first, then add them as a guest.

We encourage exhibitors to create a welcoming and engaging table experience that reflects the spirit of your business. Bring samples, tell your story, introduce your team, and make your table a place people want to gather. Whether you’re writing orders, making introductions, or simply sharing conversations, this event is designed to foster authentic community and values-driven commerce.

Provender’s trade show is intentionally supportive, approachable, and relationship-focused making it ideal for businesses that care about community, sustainability, and long-term connection over hard sales tactics.
