We invite our Provender community of manufacturers, distributors, and brand representatives to showcase your products and share the story of your business. This unique event offers attendees a chance to connect with the people behind the brands they buy, sell, and enjoy—creating a space for genuine connection and discovery.

Meet Your Makers is all about experiencing the human side of your company. It’s an opportunity to share your values, vision, and story while building meaningful connections and taking orders in a relaxed and engaging environment.
Unlike traditional trade shows, this event fosters warm, personal interactions between buyers and sellers. We encourage you to get creative with your table—use it to tell the story of your business and offer samples that bring your brand to life. Please make sure that you or another key member of your team is there to represent your company—someone who knows the ins and outs of your operation.
New to the Trade? You’re Especially Welcome!
If you’re just launching your business or entering the natural products industry, Meet Your Makers is a great place to start. This event is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and low-pressure—perfect for introducing your products, building relationships, and learning from others in the Provender community. You don’t need a polished pitch or a flashy booth—just a willingness to share your story and engage with others who care about values-driven trade.
We’re here to support emerging businesses, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or want tips for getting the most out of your table.

A limited number of half-table spaces are available

Nonprofit table options are available

No cooking allowed on trade show floor (hotel rules)

A trash can and two chairs included at each table
